Wanted: Smith Visible Typewriter
In 1909, J.L. Schmidt acquired the rights for the Yetman transmitting typewriter and reintroduced it as the Smith Visible. The major difference between the two brands was that the new Smith Visible lacked the Yetman's Morse code transmitting capabilities. The Smith Visible was just a 4-bank, frontstrike typewriter. Nothing more, nothing less.
