The Pen Marker was developed by inventor David Kahn and distributed by his company, David Kahn Inc. Though a patent was applied for, I could not locate it. The device was manufactured by Roberts, Cushman & Co. of New York City during the mid 20th century. Its purpose, as the name suggests, was to personalize fountain pens.
