The Morse Pre-Vis Adding Machine was invented by Charles R. Morse who patented it on May 26, 1914 as a "calculating machine." It was produced by the Morse Adding Machine Company of Chicago, Illinois. As far as adding machines go, The Morse is a fairly modern example. However, it is more interesting than its contemporaries.
