CONDITION! CONDITION! CONDITION! Amazing original condition. One of the best you'll find.
The cosmetic condition is excellent! The paint is really glossy and really, really well preserved. There is some wear at the left side of the keyboard but it almost disappears against the overall glossiness. The pencil holder, both ribbon spool covers and all of the keytops, some of which are often missing, are still present on this example. The nickel plating could use a nice polish. Some nickel plating has deteriorated away. Minimal dust. Overall, this is a display-ready Oliver.
Functionally, the typewriter works well. Carriage advances and returns well with each tap of the keyboard. Paper feeds well. The platen rubber is hard so a new one would benefit you if regular were desired.
