Commercial Visible No.6 typewriter. Serial number 25,231 dates it to ca.1907

Excellent cosmetic condition. This example is one of the BEST in original condition I have ever seen. The decals are nearly perfect, especially on the paper table which is often scarred. The paint is lovely. The nickel plating is well preserved but with some obvious loss. Some wear to the black paint on the paper table. Minimally dirty. Overall, this CV6 is stunning! Display it immediately!
Still present are the original feet, original platen knobs, original ribbon covers, original celluloid ruler on the paper table and original pen holder. These are almost always missing, especially that ever-elusive pen holder.
The typewriter works well enough for basic demonstration purposes. Its carriage advances and returns well. The typewheel spins, travels towards the platen and returns accordingly.
Both the instruction manual and trade catalog are reproductions.
