Cosmetically, it's gorgeous. The paint and decals are nearly flawless. Keyboard is also nearly flawless. No rust. The exposed metal and nickel plated parts needs a polish because they are dull. Minimal dust. The machine displays really well on a shelf.
Functionally, the typewriter needs a little tuning. In lowercase, carriage advances and returns really well and also with individual uppercase characters. However, the carriage does not want to advance if the CAPS lock is engaged. Obviously, there is a minor obstruction. Original ribbon is dry. Otherwise, the machine runs like a champ.
This Remington types 10 characters per inch (Pica).
An original case is included. It is rather worn but still perfectly functional.
