The Karli was a linear index typewriter that was produced ca.1927 by the company of Karl Dietrich located in Leipzig, Germany. The top of the Karli was marked "Taschenschreib Maschine" which translates to Pocket Typewriter. There were two models produced, Nos.1 & 2.
