Jackson Typewriter

The Jackson typewriter was developed in Bridgeport, Connecticut but its eventual, limited production took place in Roxbury, Massachusetts by the Jackson Typewriter Company. The company's sales offices were in Boston. When the venture was failing, the company attempted to restructure back in Connecticut in the town of New Haven. The Jackson was named after Joseph Jackson who hustled the typewriter into production.
