During the 1950s, from its Wilhelmshaven factory in West Germany, Olympia Werke AG offered its SM3 and SM4 typewriter models with gold trim. Most, like the example on this page, were cream colored with gold trim. However, also known are gold-trimmed examples with black and forest green finishes.
