Wanted: Gardner Typewriter
The Gardner Typewriter was invented by John Gardner and it was produced ca.1893 by the Gardner British Typewriter Company, Limited of Manchester, England. This typewriter was designed with just 13 keys at first (later 14) which produced 78 characters. The Gardner was sold as the Victoria Schreibmaschine in German speaking markets and as the Victorieuse machine à écrire in French ones.
