Wanted: Stimpson Pencil Sharpener

The Stimpson pencil sharpener, also known as the Dutcher Temple pencil sharper, was invented by Edward S. Stimpson. The original design was patented on September 2, 1884 and an improved model was patented later in 1886. Both models are represented on this page. The primary manufacturer was the Dutcher Temple Co. of Hopedale, Massachusetts, though, it is possible George Frost & Co. of Boston also produced some examples.
