The Dudley Typewriting and Adding Machine was invented by George W. Dudley of Charleston, West Virginia, ca.1896. It was manufactured by The Numerograph Manufacturing Company. I'm not quite sure why it was called a "typewriting" machine because I don't see an alphabetic keyboard, but, nonetheless, it is still a very interesting, substantial looking machine.
