The was the portable model of the Celtic typewriter. It was invented by a Mr. Gillant and produced by The Celtic Corporation of Paris, France, ca.1920. A desktop model of the Celtic was originally introduced by the The Societe des Moteurs Salmson, an engine manufacturer from Billancourt, Paris, France.
