Wanted: Blickensderfer No.5 Typewriter

The Blickensderfer No.5 Typewriter was the first commercially successful model for inventor George Canfield Blickensderfer and the Blickensderfer Typewriter Company of Stamford, Connecticut. The earliest examples of this model, like the one on this page, were made with a tapered wood base, gold decals and polygonal keytops. Later versions of the No.5 had round keytops, metal nameplates instead of decals and the wood base was eliminated. I'm especially interested in the early versions of the Blickensdererfer No.5 typewriter.
